The Unity Council and Wells Fargo present the 19th Annual Dia De Los Muertos Festival at the Fruitvale Transit Village in Oakland, CA . Free-to -attend, outdoor, family friendly event inviting Bay Area community to experience this colorful, cultural holiday.
